This is a beautiful 1917 Eye Surgery Set by V. Mueller & CO with mahogany wood case. The set contains over 100+ individual pieces. Inside the case there is a removable top tray with instruments in top and bottom. The instruments and their case are all in very fine condition. It measures 13" x 8” x 3”. This Eye Ophthalmic Surgery Set belongs in a museum or with a very serious collector.
